Cohere Solutions started as a partnership between an economist and a sociologist who kept hitting the same wall: good research that never reached anyone positioned to act on it. We work across disciplines to close that gap — from field study to policy, from prototype to deployed system.
Cohere Solutions is co-founded by economist Parv Chauhan and sociologist Dr Anne Wiltshire — one reads spreadsheets, the other reads people, and most of the problems worth solving turn out to need both. The rest of the team grew out from there: engineers, scientists and technologists who each run their own practice and join in project by project, rather than sitting on a permanent bench.
We start by figuring out what's actually going on — not what the brief assumes is going on.
Most of our work happens alongside someone else's team, not instead of it.
A report that sits in a drawer hasn't helped anyone — we aim for findings that change what someone actually does.
